"Fantastic Service!"
This shop really saved my bacon after I might have accidentally tightened a £200 light fixture too much and caused a tiny crack in the glass.
Stuart dismounted from his horse, all decked out in his shiny armor, and came to my aid. At first, we couldn't find just a replacement glass, but he kept at it until he tracked one down for me.
When it showed up, it was so well packed that I had a hard time spotting it at first.
He even checked in on me Saturday using his personal phone! How cool is that?
A big round of applause and a raise for Stuart; those in charge should take note.
This guy is the real deal!

"Incredible service and fantastic products"
The customer service here is just incredible. I purchased five lights from Josh, who was super thorough, honest, and really knew his stuff. When I accidentally broke a piece of one light, he went out of his way to help me find a replacement part. They have a great selection of products, all at competitive prices—I had done my homework on my lights. I've shared this company's info with all my friends. No ties to them whatsoever... just a real pleasure to work with a genuine business.

"Excellent Support from the Team"
I got my order later than expected on Friday afternoon - there was a bit of a mix-up with the delivery. I called the team, and they were fantastic. In just 15 minutes, they rang me back, apologized for the mistake, and set up a plan to pick up the wrong delivery and send my correct order for the next day. The crew was really reassuring about the situation, saying it would be fixed promptly, and it sure was. Awesome customer service, especially on a Friday afternoon!

Top-notch service! They made sure to verify that the lights I ordered would work with my current setup before shipping. There was a minor issue with one of the lights that came, but they took care of it super quickly and in a professional manner, arranging a refund without delay. "Super simple to get the 6 downlighters..."
Ordering the 6 downlighters was a breeze, and they showed up really fast. But here's the kicker: one of the downlighters has a different bulb, and since they’re all lined up next to each other, it sticks out like a sore thumb. I checked the boxes, and it turns out 5 are 17 SEL 11 while one is 16 SEL 01. The casings look the same, and we didn’t notice the bulb mismatch until nighttime. Five bulbs have orange circles on the lens, but that one oddball (which gives off more yellow light) doesn’t have any circles. Can you let me know how to fix this?

"Satisfied Shopper!"
Placed my order and it showed up in just 3 days—great price and super quick! I do have a bit of a problem with the extra shipping cost for deliveries to Scotland, but the service was top-notch, which helps ease my worries. I'd definitely buy from Affordable Lighting again, even with the extra postage, since they really shine in every other area.

This was the lowest price I came across, yet the service was top-notch.
I purchased the identical light fixture that I saw on other websites, but it was nearly 50% less. I was a bit worried since it was so inexpensive, but it showed up in just two days and is now lighting up my home beautifully.

"Stunningly crafted vintage brass wall fixture..."
This vintage brass wall light is stunningly crafted, and it comes with Edison screw valve Rustica filament bulbs. It arrived fast and was packed with a lot of care. The inclusion of white gloves for handling the fixture was a really nice detail.
